Adolescenthood is a transition phase in to adulthood and is often accompanied by stress and sometimes frustration especially when dreams and expectations are been threatened. Many adolescents some times go into depression when they don't see the possibility of their dreams coming to pass either by lack of sponsorship or lost of parent(s).When they are sometimes not well  taken care of,they dive into drugs, arm rubbery, prostitution etc.Understanding their needs and seeking a way to solve those needs can go a long way to restore hope and possibility of a better future. As part of our activities at Africa Youths bus fare,we gather a group of adolescents with history of disadvantaged backgrounds and expose them to nature. We believe that nature at certain point in time can teach and relief humans of their stress at certain level. The children weretaken at the Limbe wild life centre Cameroon were they came in contact with gorrilars and other animals. This was a therapy for them to let go of some of their worries and challenges which enable them to cope better. They learned from the caring and loving nature of gorrilars and assimilate this in their own lives.
